Does anyone know of anything that will clear up a cold sore permanently? Any advice would also be greatly appreciated

Not really because if you take some you will have side affects. Also, drink tea because that helps a lot and kills all the germs in your body

Hey i get cold sores all the time i know how you feel, unfortunately its a virus in your skin and you cant get rid of it permanently but you can use a cream called abriva its in a little tube and it kinda costs a lost. Around $15 at walmart or a pharmacy but it helps. Hope this helped
